Q:dimmable and non-dimmable which means?

A:dimmer for (brightness control) for switch.The brightness of the DIMMABLE version of the lamp is adjustable, and can be adjusted by the dimmer according to the use environment and personal use requirements, and the range of brightness variation is 10%-100%.Products do not include dimmers and need to be purchased extra. The brightness of the NON-DIMMABLE version cannot be adjusted, and its brightness is constant after power-on.

Q:About the color of the wire?

A:Black equipped with black cables, and white lamps are equipped with Transparent cables.

Q:There is no length I need in the options, can I customize other sizes?

A:Yes, we can provide other sizes.

A:The 220V version is sent by default. If you need the 110V version, please leave your message about 110V.

Q：I need an extension cable, can I replace it myself?

A:Yes, you can replace it with a simple disassembly, but we don't recommend it. You can contact us to customize the extension cable for an additional fee.
