A:We are based in Zhejiang, China, start from 2011,sell to North America(30.00%),Western Europe(30.00%),Northern

Q2:What's the MOQ? Can I order less than MOQ?

A:Usually the MOQ is 300pcs (support logo customization) .If you want a smaller quantity than the MOQ, the prices have to be raised due to the printing cost.

Q3:How to get your samples?

A:Yes, we will send you sample for quality testing.But you need to afford the sample and freight cost,and the charge will be returned back when you place order .

Q4: What is the lead time if I place an order?

A:Usually it needs 1-7days to prepare the sample.Completing the bulk production needs 15-30 days .The exact productiontime depends on your order .

Q5:What's the payment term?

A:Usually we ask for 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance before shipment.

Q6: About the shipping ,Can we use our own shipping agent?

A:Sure, you can. We cooperated with many forwarders,if you need,we can recommend some forwarders to you ,and you can compare the prices and service.
