How to solve the issue with "E-2" error code?
Please turn the steam knob counterclockwise to let the hot water come out from the steam wand until the error code disappears, then the coffee machine is ready for the next brew.
How to solve the issue with "E-1" error code?
Please clockwise rotation the steam knob to the "-" position, or please refer to the video linked above.
What should I do if I receive a used machine?
Sometimes, the returned machine by other customer may be sent by mistake. If you have received a used machine, please contact for replacement in time! Don't worry, we will try our best to help you until the problem is solved.
Pressed "2 cup" button for a few moment but no water is flowing out, why?
If you can't brew coffee or water at first time, please make a first use cycle according to user guide. Also, this problem may caused by the water tank is not be placed properly, please remove the tank and install it again for a few times.
